Since 2001, NAHB’s Economics Department has conducted a quarterly survey of remodelers in order to monitor remodeling market conditions on a timely basis. Use the Remodeling Market Index to find out the strength of home alterations in the Northeast or calls for bids in the South. NAHB has produced estimates on remodeling spending for American counties based on a statistical model.
