The National Housing Center (NHC) is the perfect facility for groups that want to hold conferences, cocktail receptions, banquets or off-site board meetings in a unique and memorable space.
NHC is located in the heart of downtown Washington, DC near restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions and can accommodate groups of 6 to 600 attendees. The Atrium is outfitted with a 2-story glass wall sure to awe and most event space offers floor to ceiling windows so attendees enjoy plenty of natural light during the day and stunning city views at night.
There are no food and beverage minimums at NHC. Catering is provided through some of the finest catering vendors Washington, DC has to offer. All NHC clients enjoy a 10% discount on catering orders placed with our approved vendors.
NHC maintains an ever-expanding supply of state-of-the-art audio visual equipment on site. Whether you require basic microphones and Wi-Fi access or webcasting and recording services, our full-time dedicated A/V staff is on-site and available to quickly service your technology needs.
NHC is surrounded by hotels and ample parking garages on all sides and has three (3) Metro stations in walking distance. We enjoy strong relationships with area hotels and car service partners should your attendees require lodging or transportation services. NHC’s experienced meeting planners are able to offer full-service support to ensure your event is a success.
