Where is the National Housing Center located?
The Center is located at 1205 15th Street, NW (at the corner of 15th and M Streets) in Washington, D.C. It is the first floor of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) headquarters.

The National Housing Center is the perfect venue for small to mid-sized organizations that want to hold off-site board meetings, conferences, cocktail receptions or lavish banquets.
What is the total square footage of usable conference space?

Who are the recommended caterers?
Check out the Center's approved caterers. The benefit of working with our approved caterers is they know the Center inside and out. They are familiar with working directly with our staff to coordinate all the details. All you need to do is pick out the menu.
What is the Center’s A/V capabilities?
There is a large selection of audio visual (A/V) equipment on site to enhance your event. This makes it convenient for you to hold your event here, without the additional stress of coordinating an outside A/V vendor.
Is there parking close to the Center?
There are plenty of parking options close to the Center, or use the Metro to the Farragut North or McPherson Square stations.
